QUETTA: Four bullet-riddled bodies were found in Ganji Dohri and another place in Mastung district, some 45 kilometres away from the provincial capital on Thursday, Balochistan Levies said.
Some passerby spotted the bodies and informed the Balochistan Levies. The Levies rushed to the spot and shifted the bodies to the Mastung Civil Hospital. The dead were identified as Tariq Mehmood, Hamid Nasir and Abdul Latif, all belonging to the Bangulzai tribe.
"First they were brutally tortured then shot dead from a pointblank range," a Levies official Khalil Ahmed said, adding that Hamid Nasir's and Abdul Latif's bodies were found from Kush Cut area. They went missing on August 8. He said that Mehmood and Tariq's bodies were found in Ganji Dohri area and they went missing from Quetta two days ago.
Sources said that Tariq was the worker of the Baloch Students Organisation (BSO-Azad) and Hamid Nasir was involved in some sort of political activities.
