Some American and French views on Strauss-Kahn ARTICLE

VIEW FROM A FRENCHMAN

Bernard Henri Levy is well known in France for his high standard of leaving and crazy declaration about everything.
He's living in the middle of the "peoples" wealthy and showing off.
He his married (or was married, I don't remember exactly) with an actress being one of the most snobbish in France.
His official job? Philosopher! What a business! He is a swindler, He is invited and goes everywhere where he can make money He goes to all the TV show and try to give lessons to everybody about everything, as a matter of fact he only talks, doesn't do anything but showing off in the most trendy cafe and restaurant of the city. He claims to be left wing (socialist) and belong to the same kind of people than DSK who is supposed to be socialist too (La gauche caviar).
This guy is an agitator trying to take advantage and money from everything and everybody.
So don't pay too much attention in what he says. Even if DSK is not an angel, he is at least a
great university professor and one of the best French economists; BHL is nothing but a talker. DSK didn't do so bad job leading the IMF and was the first one who tried (unsuccessfully perhaps) to change the things. I don't like him particularly but who's perfect?
As you know IMF and World Bank are managed by American finance and you must first be liked by them before being appointed at this position. The stooge Christine Lagarde is the perfect example.
That rapping stories his completely crazy. I wouldn't like to be in prosecutor's shoes, he made huge mistake putting this guy in jail so quickly, however the worst were the media killing a man in couple of  hours. Was this women really raped or was she consenting?  Is it only a story of a slut looking for money or is it a plot? What’s this French hotel supposed luxurious where the mad can prostitute themselves with customers. Why a so important guy didn’t have bodyguard in a jungle like NY?  Some rumor says that DSK was looking too much toward the gold which has almost totally disappeared from Fort Knox (CIA and Russian information).  Now all is in the layers and politician’s hands, Will we know the truth a day? I’m not sure, perhaps but in 50 years!

VIEW TWO

I put this on the American media - propaganda - a major problem in hysteria from "War on Terror" and hatred for Muslims that most people have never seen - but the bogyman the politicians and military-industrial complex need to keep the machinery greased - leading to our bankruptcy and deaths of millions of innocent civilians - ours and theirs - to the benefits of a few.  They also pre-judged Kahn.

My immediate reaction was - has he been setup by his opposition in France (Sarkozy, et al).  Then I supposed he was the classical "power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely" - another Kennedy and Clinton caught with his pants down.

Regardless for me he is an amoral bastard who ran the IMF that along with the World Bank and Western donors have kept much of the developing world in poverty and misery - manipulating economies and putting in puppet despots. This is resulting in mass migrations from Latin America into the USA and from Africa/Asia into Europe.

If he is not guilty for raping one woman, he is guilty for raping entire countries and continents and he will answer one day to God. He may be able to afford US$ 3,000 a night hotel rooms in this short life on earth but he will burn in Hell!

The Dominique Strauss-Kahn affair isn't over. And won't be until his honor is restored. In a Daily Beast exclusive, Bernard-Henri Lévy writes about the lessons of the case.
The Strauss-Kahn affair is not over.
For it to be over, the American system of justice must pursue its investigation and work to the very end.
If it's truly to be over, Dominique Strauss-Kahn must be granted not only his freedom, but - even more importantly - restoration of his honor.
In other words, "the Strauss-Kahn affair" will continue to be regarded as such as long as it hasn't been clearly established that there never was any affair at allâ€"and that the plaintiff, not content to have lied about this or that aspect of her past, also lied in accusing the former head of the IMF of having raped her.
