THIS IS PAKISTANS UNIQUE CHARACTER !

ITS GENERALS CANNOT ACHIEVE A BREAKTHROUGH AT KHEM KARAN EVEN WHEN THEY HAVE A SUPERIORITY OVER SEVEN TO ONE IN TANKS ! ITS MILITARY INTELLIGENCE FAILS TO LOCATE AN INDIAN TANK DIVISION WHICH HAS A HEAD TO TAIL LENGTH OF AT LEAST A 100 MILES WHEN MOVING ON A SINGLE ROAD ! ITS JUDGES HAVESHAMELESSLY VALIDATED ILLEGITIMATE MILITARY TAKE OVERS REPEATEDLY AND THIS INCLUDES ITS PRESENT SUPREME COURT WHO SHAMELESSLY COLLABORATED WITH PAKISTANI MILITARY AND GAVE A CLEAN CHIT TO THE ILLEGITIMATE MILITARY USURPER MUSHARRAF IN 1999-2000.

NOW THOSE WHO TRIED TO KILL MUSHARRAF WERE ACTUALLY TRYING TO KILL A TRAITOR WHO HAD USURPED POWER ! A MAN WHO HAD COMMITTED HIGH TREASON ! AND INSTEAD OF APPRECIATING THESE HEROES WHO HAD MORE GUTS AND WERE MORE INTELLECTUALLY HONEST THAN ANY PAKISTANI JUDGE THE SUPREME COURTS DISMISSES THEIR  PEOPLE !

I DONT THINK A COUNTRY WHERE COURTS COLLABORATE WITH THOSE WHO HAVE POWER AND SENTENCE THOSE WHO  FOUGHT AGAINST TYRANNY DESERVE TO EXIST !

PAKISTANS JUDGE ARE SHIT SCARED OF THE MILITARY !

PAKISTAN HAS A STONE AGE LAW  DENYING BASIC RIGHTS TO MILITARY PERSONNEL AND UNLIKE INDIA WHERE MILITARY PERSONNEL HAVE RIGHTS TO GO TO CIVIL COURT WHILE STILL IN UNIFORM ,PAKISTAN HAS NO SUCH RIGHTS ! ITS A STONE  AGE COUNTRY NO DOUBT ! A COUNTRY WHERE INTELLECTUAL DISHONESTY IS REWARDED AND THOSE WHO DEFY USUPERS SENTENCED TO DEATH !

WHAT AN ABSOLUTE SHAME !

ISLAMABAD - The Supreme Court (SC) has dismissed a review petition filed by those convicted in the Pervez Musharraf attack case and upheld the Lahore High Court (LHC)'s decision. A three-member SC bench headed by Chief Justice (CJ) Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry took up the petition for hearing on Thursday. Lawyer Hashmat Habib appeared on behalf of the two accused, Aamir Sohail and Rana Naveed, who were both given life sentences by the LHC, while lawyer Col (r) Akram represented the rest of the accused. 

Akram told the court about the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC)'s decision and the appeal filed in the LHC in the case. He requested the court to review the sentence awarded to the accused. Twelve of the accused were given death sentences, one was sentenced to 10 years in prison and Sohail and Naveed were given life sentences. The CJ said the bench was not hearing the appeal plea and if the counsels though there were any points that could be reviewed, then they should bring it to the court, a comment to which Akram could not reply. 

Habib told the court that the ATC had sentenced his clients to 20 years in prison each and an appeal had been filed against the decision in the LHC, which the high court had dismissed.
